ONGOING SUPPORT FROM DAY 1

It is common to feel misgivings before heading to an unknown country, let alone one as far away as Australia! This is why we provide ongoing, reliable student support services as soon as our students arrive to the country. Our Sydney and Melbourne offices’ doors are always open for any assistance you may need. If you are in a different city these services will be available over the phone or email.

Our support services are free of charge, and include the following:

Orientation

We will provide you with practical information so you can find your way around and so you can get familiarised with the “Aussie” way of life and local jargon.

 

Health Matters

We will help you activating your overseas student health insurance (OSHC) and clarify any doubts you may have regarding obtaining medical assistance or making claims.

Acces to Wifi, Computers and Printer

All of our students are welcome to our offices at any given time and access these services.

WORK

We assist you revising your CV, activating your Australian Tax File Number (TFN) and/or Australian Business Number (ABN), and you will also have priority in our job opportunities. Click here for more info.

Emergencies

In the case of an emergency (i.e. accident, legal incidents, etc) we recommend you contact us immediately.

 

Visa Extensions

If your current visa is about to expire and you wish to continue studying in Australia we can assist you with the planning and lodging of a new visa.

Banking and Mobile Phone Plans

Opening your own bank account and obtaining a mobile plan in Australia is very easy! We are available to assist you with any language difficulties/barriers, or if you wish to have any information clarified.

Accommodation and Airport Pick Up

We will advise you on how best to find accommodation, and can also organise airport pick up on request. Find more info on accommodation options here.
